A powerful golf swing starts with having a good turn, using your larger muscles, and transferring your weight properly through impact. Here is a great drill which will help you develop more power.
Start with feet together, toes almost on the inside of the ProStance.
Once set up, swing to the top of your backswing. Focus on creating a full shoulder turn to build maximum power.
Then take a step forward with your front foot and put the ball of your foot on the ProStance.
As you take a step forward, initiate momentum on the downswing and complete your swing. Focus on fully transferring your weight from your right side onto your left side at impact.
This drill will help build speed and power, helping you to hit your driver past all your playing competitors.
