Warren Barton brings his extensive expertise as a pro player,
coach and TV Analyst to the SKLZ community, both on-field and online

CARLSBAD, CA - January 17, 2013 - SKLZ, the global leader in athletic performance and skill development training is proud to announce the signing of current FOX Soccer Analyst and San Diego Flash Head Coach Warren Barton as brand ambassador. With over 25 years of professional experience and studio analysis, Barton is one of the most highly regarded and sought after faces in soccer. His deep knowledge of the game as well as ability and desire to teach others fits seamlessly with the SKLZ brand mission to develop products and programs that elevate the athlete in each of us.

During his career, Barton competed in over 350 Barclays Premier League games. His talents quickly vaulted him to becoming a first team defensemen and midfielder for Wimbledon before rising to prominence with Newcastle United and the England National Team.

Since retirement, Barton has maintained a high profile in the sport, having taken to the sidelines as coach for a couple of English Premier Clubs, LA Galaxy (MLS) and San Diego Flash. He also started a career as a soccer TV analyst beginning in 2004. Today, he is a featured FOX Soccer analyst for The Match, Fox Soccer Match Day among others.
