Executive Team Expands to Support Rapid Growth

CARLSBAD, CA - October 11, 2011 - SKLZ, the industry leader in sports performance training and skill development products named Stefan Karnavas as chief financial officer.

Mr. Karnavas brings to the SKLZ executive team extensive experience in raising capital, financial operations and scaling rapidly growing companies.

Previously, Jeff Slovak dually held the responsibilities of COO and CFO. Mr. Slovak will retain his position as COO at SKLZ, overseeing the rapidly growing logistics and operations teams.

"Since joining our team in 2009, Jeff has helped our team increase revenues over 139%. His background in finance, coupled with an extensive understanding of logistics and operations, will be essential to driving growth in the coming years," remarked Sarkisian.

Prior to joining SKLZ, Mr. Karnavas held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Semtek Corporation. Prior to Semtek, he also held CFO positions with Cobblestone Golf Group and Cricket Wireless, and senior financial management roles with Leap Wireless and Horizon Cellular Group. Mr. Karnavas holds an M.B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles and a B.S. in Finance from the University of Denver.
