Title: Business Analyst

Location:  Carlsbad, CA

Overview:

As the Business Analyst you will enjoy a varied and challenging role.  Your primary responsibilities are to assist in regular forecasting and business planning, provide superior insight into sales trends across our distribution network and mass marketplace, and provide accurate reporting to our retail partners and within SKLZ.   Additionally, you may assist in supply chain support to our operations team and project support as assigned.

Responsibilities:

-Sales Forecasting

-Sales Analysis:

Provide clear and concise data and analysis on company's performance at retail.
Review sales data and compile comprehensive tracking sheets to guide senior management in strategic decision making.
Access and provide management information from key retailer operational systems.

-Decipher information in sales reports.
-Inventory Analysis
-Interface with mass market replenishment partners and build relationships

-Alert management to point of sale abnormalities
-Interface within the SKLZ organization to confirm and expedite shipments to retailers, buyers, and sales reps.
-Facilitate and create quote sheets / item set-up forms for retail partners

-Assist COO with supply chain support as requested
-Demonstrate flexibility and versatility to assist other SKLZ team members as needed.

Ideal candidate will:

-Possess very strong analytical skills
-Have a history of exceeding expectations
-Must be an expert Microsoft Excel user
-Be extremely detail oriented
-Possess a can do attitude and a passion for business
-Be proactive in seeking business improvement
