SKLZ is proud to support the Challenged Athletes Foundation and their Million Dollar Challenge bike ride to raise funds for athletes with physical disadvantages. This year SKLZ has two riders that will be participating in the ride, CEO John Sarkisian and VP of Sales Mike Carlson. Today they embarked on the 86 mile trek from Santa Cruz to Big Sur.
Day two of the ride was gorgeous. Not only were riders greeted with warm weather and sunshine, they also didn't have to face the wind. This is a stark comparison to the rainy day 2 they experienced last year.

During the first half of the ride, riders made their way through fields and farmlands into Monterey, then through the beautiful 17-mile drive and into Carmel for lunch.

Following lunch riders faced some challenging uphill climbs into Big Sur. The uphill climbs may have been difficult but the views they saw along the way were breathtaking. Many stopped to snap pics at turnouts.

All in all it was a great day. No riders were injured and the weather and scenery could not have been better.
