Q: How do I adjust the length of the Speed Rope?
A: Determine what length you want the rope to be and then cut the rope at that length. You will see the metal crimp at the end of the jump rope which makes it stay inside the handle and allows it to swivel when you are using the jump rope. You will need to take some pliers (needle nose works best) to loosen the wire and re-insert onto the end where you cut.
