Drill 1
Contact Position Drill
  • 1 Place the Pro X Tee so tee top in slot #1 is set for a pitch on the inside corner contact position
  • 2 Position the Pro X Tee on a 45 degree angle so tee top in slot #3 is on the middle of home plate
  • 3 Position tee top in slot #5 on the outside of the plate
  • 4 Place all 3 tee tops at the same height
  • 5 Establish optimal ball contact point and swing mechanic position for pitch location

Drill 2
Bat Path Drill
  • 1 Place the Pro X Tee so tee tops are parallel to the hitters feet
  • 2 Place ball on tee top in slot #1 at desired contact position
  • 3 Adjust top in slot #5 to check desired bat path. For a level swing tee tops should be at same height
  • 4 Hit the ball on a line drive off tee #1 without making contact with tee #5
Practice time: 5-10 Mins
Drill 3
Opposite Field Drill
  • 1 Place the Pro X Tee so tee top in slot #1 is set for a pitch on the inside corner contact position
  • 2 Position the Pro X Tee on a 45 degree angle so tee top in slot #3 is in the middle of home plate
  • 3 Raise tee top in slot #3 to a height that is 3-4 inches higher than the tee top in slot #1
  • 4 Swing bat without hitting tee top in slot #3
Practice time: 5-10 Mins
Drill 4
Inside, Middle, Outside Reaction Drill
  • 1 Place the Pro X Tee so tee top in slot #1 is set for a pitch on the inside corner contact position
  • 2 Position Pro X Tee on 45 degree angle so tee top in slot #3 is on the middle of home plate
  • 3 Position tee top in slot #5 on the outside of the plate
  • 4 Stagger tee top heights so inside tee is lowest and outside tee is the highest
  • 5 Place balls on all 3 tee tops
  • 6 Hit the balls to the proper field off of all 3 tee tops without knocking the other balls off the tee
Practice time: 5-10 Mins
Drill 5
Low and Away Drill
  • 1 Set up the Pro X Tee in the low setup by attaching the TBar directly to the XBase
  • 2 Place the long tee top in slot #1 and the short tee top in slot #5
  • 3 Place the Pro X Tee on a 45 degree angle so #1 is on inside corner and #5 is on outside corner
  • 4 Place the ball on tee top #5 and adjust to lowest possible position, knee height
  • 5 Hit the ball on a line drive to the opposite field gap
Practice time: 5-10 Mins
Drill 6
Low and Inside Drill
  • 1 Set up the Pro X Tee in the low setup by attaching the TBar directly to the XBase
  • 2 Place the short tee top in slot #1 and the long tee top in slot #5
  • 3 Place the Pro X Tee so that tee top #1 is at proper low inside contact position
  • 4 Place the Pro X Tee so that tee top #5 is on the outside corner of the plate
  • 5 Place the ball on tee top #1 and adjust to lowest possible position, knee height
  • 6 Hit the ball on a line drive without making contact with tee top in slot #5

Drill 7
Perfect Swing Place Drill
  • 1 Place tee tops in slots #3 and #5
  • 2 Position the Pro X Tee on a 45 degree angle so the tee top in slot #3 is on the middle of home plate
  • 3 Position the tee top in slot #5 on the outside of the plate
  • 4 Stagger the tee top heights so the inside is the lowest and the outside is the highest
  • 5 Place balls on both tee tops making contact with the ball on tee top #5 first then the ball on tee top #3
  • 6 The ball in slot #5 should line drive to the opposite field, while the ball in slot #3 should line drive to center field
Practice time: 5-10 Mins
Drill 8
Two-Ball Drill
  • 1 Place the tee tops in slots #2 and #3
  • 2 Position the Pro X Tee so that the tops are parallel to your feet
  • 3 Position both tee tops at the same height with balls on both tops
  • 4 Hit the balls directly into each other so both balls fly in the same direction
  • 5 If the balls do not fly in the same direction, then you are pulling off the swing plane or rotating out
  • 6 Make the adjustment and continue your reps
Practice time: 5-10 Reps
Drill 9
Top of the Zone Drill
  • 1 Place tee tops in slots #1 and #5
  • 2 Extend the Pro X Tee so both tee tops are at the top of the strike zone, 3-4 inches below your arm-pit
  • 3 Place the Pro X Tee so the tee top in slot #1 is in the middle of home plate, placed at your front hip
  • 4 Stay tall on your back side and hit the ball without striking the back tee top
Practice time: 5-10 Reps
Drill 10
Powerball Drill
  • 1 Insert the Powerball Tee Top in slot #2 and the long tee top in slot #5
  • 2 Place the PowerBall on tee top #2
  • 3 Practice driving the bat through the ball with a fluid swing
  • 4 Use the power in your legs and your core to drive the ball harder
  • 5 After 2-3 swings place a normal ball on the tee and see the difference in bat speed and power
  • 6 Add the Stay-Back bar on the front side to eliminate extra lunging
Practice time: 5-10 Reps
Drill 11
Stay-Back Drill
  • 1 Place Stay-Back Attachment with a tee inserted in slot #2
  • 2 Insert Long tee top into Stay-Back Attachment
  • 3 Position tee for any selected drill
  • 4 Adjust height of Stay-Back Bar approx. 4 inches above the knee and 3 inches away from leg.
  • 5 Take a short stride under the Stay-Back Bar and do not touch it at any time
Practice time: 5-10 Reps
Drill 12
Stride Check Drill
  • 1 Place Stay-Back Attachment in slot #2
  • 2 Insert Long tee top into Stay-Back Attachment
  • 3 Position tee for any selected drill
  • 4 Adjust height of Stay-Back Bar to just above the ankle
  • 5 Place Stay-Back Bar just beyond desired stride, if you touch it when you swing you are over striding
Practice time: 5-10 Reps
Drill 13
Lunge Check Drill
  • 1 Place the Stay-Back Bar in slot #1 and a tee top in slot #2
  • 2 Insert Long tee top into Stay-Back Bar for full extension
  • 3 Position the Pro X Tee at desired plate location
  • 4 Adjust the height of the Stay-Back Bar to waist high and 3 inches in front of your waist
  • 5 If you hit the Stay-Back Bar when swinging you are lunging out too far
Practice time: 5-10 Reps
Drill 14
No Bail Out Drill
  • 1 Place the Stay-Back Bar into slot #1
  • 2 Place the Pro X Tee behind the hitter so that the Stay-Back Bar extends parallel to the stride
  • 3 Place Stay-Back Bar against stride leg
  • 4 During live BP or soft toss the Stay-Back Bar makes the hitter aware of any bailing out motion
Practice time: 5-10 Reps
Drill 15
Linear Stride Drill
  • 1 Place the Stay-Back Bar into slot #1
  • 2 Place the Pro X Tee directly behind the hitter so that the Stay-Back Bar extends parallel to the stride
  • 3 Place the Stay-Back Bar between the hitters legs on the front side of the stride leg and behind the back leg
  • 4 During live BP or soft toss the Stay-Back Bar makes the hitter aware of any unnecessary closing step motion
Practice time: 5-10 Mins
Drill 16
Firm Front Side Drill
  • 1 Place the Stay-Back Bar in slot #1
  • 2 Place the Pro X Tee directly behind the hitter so the Stay-Back Bar extends in front of the hitter's forward leg
  • 3 Adjust height of the Stay-Back Bar approx. 4 inches above the knee and 3 inches away from leg
  • 4 During live BP or soft toss take a short stride under the Stay-Back Bar and do not touch it at any time to transfer firm front side skills to live BP
Practice time: 5-10 Mins
Drill 17
Walk Up Rhythm and Stay-Back Drill
  • 1 Place the Stay-Back Bar in slot #2
  • 2 Position tee at desired hitting location
  • 3 Adjust height of Stay-Back Bar to approx. 4 inches above the knee and 3 inches away from leg
  • 4 Start about 4 steps away from home plate and start walking toward the batters box
  • 5 In one motion turn your body and execute your swing
  • 6 Take a short stride under the Stay-Back Bar but do not touch it at any time
