The international headquarters for Pro Performance Sports (owner of the SKLZ brand) is located in Carlsbad, California, a sports Mecca where we’re fortunate enough to test and use our training aids year-round. We believe in supporting the health and betterment of kids and community everywhere, and we not only create products that help to support that position, but we’re also closely involved with charitable organizations that follow the same beliefs. Through our support of and relationships with the Challenged Athletes Foundation, Pujols Family Foundation, and numerous local organizations we are constantly inspired and honored to be a part of their success.
Inc. magazine Editor Jane Berentson says of the list, "Now, more than ever, we depend on Inc. 500/5000 companies to spur innovation, provide jobs, and drive the economy forward. Growth companies, not large corporations, are where the action is.”
The SKLZ Mission, Vision and Values, define our existence and remind everyone of why we do what we do. Not coincidentally, they could also serve as a mantra for successful sports teams:
We guide and serve athletes on their journey to be their personal best with innovative products, technologies and knowledge.
To Elevate the Athlete in You
Relentless—We innovate each and every day with the goal of always serving our athletes better.
Excellence—We go for the gold in everything we do--there's no reason for second best.
Sportsmanship—We play to win, and always do it ethically and fairly. We foster the highest level of trust with everybody we work with.
Uncompromising—We come to work every day to help athletes achieve their personal best. Everything we do is with this goal in mind. We will never compromise on this commitment.
Love—We love what we do and it shows. We love who we work with and what we accomplish together.
Teamwork—We work as a team, one team. The better we are as individual players, the better we are as a team, and vice versa.
Spirited—Walk through our doors and you'll feel the energy, see the passion and experience the fun.
